Each and Every Moment to Give God the Glory

"Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring forth."

Proverbs 27:1

The above verse has been more real to me then ever. At my age, many of my contemporaries are passing on to life with our Savior. Time seems to be going more quickly then ever! I recently learned the news that two more of my dear friends and colleagues have gone to be with the Lord: Dr. B. Sam Hart of the Grand Old Gospel Hour, as well as Rev. David Virkler of Dedication Evangelism. These two men were greatly used of God in my life and in many lives around the world. This verse is a reminder to us all that we need to live for today and do all we can each and every moment to give God the glory for what He is doing and has already done.

I would like to take this moment to thank YOU for doing all you have done to make the ministry of Slavic Missionary Service possible. We give God all the glory, honor and praise for people like you who are living for today! May God bless you and may you continue to let yourself be used by Him!

Sincerely & Gratefully,

Alex Leonovich,
Executive Director

"…A special thank you for the book that you sent me about Alex Leonovich. Indeed I do know him: as a small child I listened to him on the short wave radio. He was know to us as Aleksei Pavlovich. My family and neighbors used to get together at our house and listened to him preach every night for many years until we were able to immigrate to the USA. He and Earl Poysti were the main sources of spiritual food for us, because Bibles were scarce at the time of socialism reighning. The book you sent is very captivating to read and I can identify with a lot of things there. I had a hard time putting it down…"
